A PDF of the D1.1, besides being illegal to post would be enormous. The book is around 700 pages.
It is illegal because the AWS is funded by the selling of bound versions of the standards they maintain. There is a reason the D1.1 cost so much to buy.
Check your local major library and they should have a copy in the reference section you can check out. I guess you could spend a day at Kinkos copying it, but even that would be expensive.
