To keep things simple its possible to use ceriated tungstens to weld all of the above materials, although on high amp aluminuim you would get better results with zirconiated.

To the OP - the best thing you can do is to contact a properly qualified welder or firm. Crhis Stevens was only ever a back street bodger, not a properly qualified welder and so cannot help you.

If I were what you suggest (I am not) then I guess thats far far far better than being a child abuser!!!

I have used lanthanated tungstens for stainless and mild steel on DC and for Aluminium / Aluminum on AC. From beginner level perspective, it seemed as good as you get. There's recommendations for using lanthanated tungstens. Search google groups archive
