I want to weld some thin angle-iron to some thin square tube. I've got a little wire welder.
How thin can I go with the square tube?

If you use .023" wire, you should be able to go down to 26 gauge anyway. Isn't there a setting chart with your welder?

You know, now that you mention it, I think there is. How thoughtful of them.
All I remember is the On/Off switch.
