Looking for Toronto area welder / bender for proto-type build. Possible long term business.

Im looking for a welder / pipe bender experienced in the Toronto area that is interested in a project with possible long term income as a result. Experience is not a key factor so what Im trying to say is that I need a small guy or small shop with basic welding and pipe bending skills only and not a huge production run company. I have a proto-type that is proven and works. What I want to do is cost out and build one (maybe 2 initially) of and then I will advertise and market. It could turn out to be an on-demand income for you, or, depending on how the market is received, orders could come in by the boat loads. Worst case scenario is you get paid for building just the 2 prototypes. I just simply don't know until its built and put out on the market how well it will do. Its a good ground floor opportunity for something that may turn out to be a good company soon if your interested too.

If you can read blueprints, weld and cut steel and bend tubing, then this is all the experience I really need you to have. Of course, I don't want any hack job welders. The finished product must look professional. I don't really care if you work out of your home or garage or basement or if you have some kind of a small shop that has some down time and maybe want a shot at possibly starting a new production run in the future with my design. Steel welding and bending is not my forte so that is why Im looking for a person with the skills. The product goes for a pretty large markup as being sold right now so I think that there is money to be made even if the price is lowered for my design and I compete with everyone elses product. Its a niche market but is pretty hot right now so I think that it can do well. From my research, there is room in the market for a lower end priced competition.

If your looking for a ground up opportunity that can possibly do well, then please consider and contact me.

If your interested then I will require you to sign an iron clad non-disclosure agreement prior to telling you more which ensures that you cannot and will not build the same product for yourself or anyone else. It is simply a percaution to ensure you don't walk away with my design for your own use or profit. Your worst case senario is you sign the NDA, I tell you and your not interested. You walk away. If you find it possibly profitable, then we can discuss options for either payment per unit you build for me, or a percentage or a mix of both.

Anyone interested can contact me at snipped-for-privacy@gmail.com and I can arrange to mail you out an NDA and once signed and returned, we can discuss costing the item (materials and labor) and then moving to the prototype build.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post. If your not interested and know of someone with skills that is, please forward this post to them.
