Very Confusing Manual TD38

so, i'm reading the user manual again and i notice on page 3-2 it says "this power supply includes a input power cord and plug suitable for 120v, 20amp, single phase input power".

ok, thats fine and dandy, but then on page 2-2 theres a chart "cutmaster 38 input power requirements", and for 120v it says "29amps".

so what gives?

i'm leaving the original plug and just making a 12ft plug adapter so i can use my 230v receptacle.

Don't sweat it. On 110v it draws about 15 amps max. On 220v it draws around 12 amps max.

Thanks Ernie, now i feel better that i can claim this to be truly portable (except for the lack of built-in air)...
