UPS picked up my damaged welder today and remarked that the label was placed on it UPSIDE DOWN! The packages usually ride with the label facing UP so the welder may have ridden 5 to 7 days ON THE TOP.
Good side? The new "top" had a piece of 3/8" plywood on it to protect the welder from falling sky. ;-)
OH, the replacement welder is due in here tomorrow -- SECOND DAY AIR! Seems it shipped out of ND instead of WS.
