Yes. It will take some time to outlay a good plan.
How serious are you and how many prospects do you have lined up for membership?
Do you have a flying site?
Do you want to be an AMA Chartered Club ? (USA)
Do you wish to be incorporated?
What are your goals and interests for the club? Fun? Competition? All models? Limited such as Electric, Combustion Power, Glider, CL, FF, RC, Etc.? What do you want the club to be?
It all makes a difference.
