Anybody know where I can find plans for a Gas Long EZ?

I know where you can find a full scale...might take a larger engine than you have in mind, though. :)
There's one on back of a flatbed in a junkyard in Boone, NC. Might take a little fixing up...we even got a pic if anyone wants it.
