Hi,
I have not posted here for a while. We all know about the plastic foam plates for eating.The material is about 1/16th inch thick and very light. And the take home food boxes that are also very thin and light with a smooth surface.
What I am thinking about is, if this material is available in sheets, it may be used to build very light electric airplanes. Does anyone where I could find such a thing in sheets?
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Check packing materials....
I jsut got a couple of workbenches from Sam's Club and they came wit the wood tops and other parts protected by foam sheets :D A assortment of thicknesses, because of the 2 differentworkbench styles. I now have a supply of 1/8 to 1 inch thick foam in sheets from 4 inch
2 ft to 3 ft X 5 ft!OK.. its white styro, not the take-out plate/box foam... but fo putting together experimental models... its good stuff
