What material do you suggest for making a windshield? I have a kit and it is missing the clear windshield, needs to be curved some when installing.

Clear butyrate sheet plastic. Sig sells it.

A one liter clear soda bottle.

You may wish to try a sheet of acetate- kind of expensive if you only need a small piece- but very good material. Acetate is very flexible can be bent around curves.
A large soda bottle makes an excellent windshield. Gord Schindler MAAC6694
Butyrate sheet works as well as acetate, and it withstands exposure to glow fuel better. Sig sells it.
