Does anybody know a source for Autodesk Architectural 2006 (or 2007) at a good price? Thanks.

You can buy it directly from Autodesk or from a reseller. A reseller may have some copies of ADT 2006 left and they will have some leverage on the price. Buying it anywhere else will not get you a legal copy of the software.
