Acquisition Extends Autodesk's Leadership in Structural Engineering Space
SAN RAFAEL, Calif., September 6, 2006 - Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Robobat, a privately-held company based in Grenoble, France that provides software for structural engineering analysis, design and steel and concrete detailing.
