anyone know how to disable the f1/help key? I keep hitting it,,, what a pain!

Install a small mouse trap over it, that should re-train you rather quickly to keep your fingers away from it.
Or, it can be set/reset to whatever you want. Look in the Customization help under ACCELERATORS.
