Generating preview for the web

Good morning,

I was wondering if exist a way to create dynamically (via PHP or other language) a preview of a dwg file that can be used on the web.

For example:

1. Mr. X uploads a DWG file to a web server.
2. A script on the server is called to create a GIF preview.
3. Mr. Y can see a GIF preview of the file on a web page.
