Help!How to disable autoconnect to internet???? (IT DRIVES ME CRAZY!!!!!!!)

In autocad 2004 the %$#@^&% program tries to connect to internet time after tim I tried and searched internet how to disable this.Nothing seems to work sofar..... aaarrgghhh! It drives me crazy!

Does anybody knows al solution for this??????
