I am searching for Information about the communication protocolls for cnc-machines. Can anybody explain how to send programs to a fadal cnc machine via serial port.
I don´t need a program, but the details of the protocol.

One suggestion that may be helpful without knowing the details is to examine a program that will load and execute with a sector patcher or bit/hex editor to see exactly what non printing characters may be in the headers/footers of the program, and compare this with the program you are apparently having problems with.
