Better to stay away from that area--our youngest son was born with webbed feet.

I was never afraid of anything about moving there. It has always been on my mind for as long as I can remember. I was lucky enough to spend a short time at March AFB and enjoyed the weather very much. I am getting real tired of New England and the Snow.

:) I have always heard it was rainy so I am in no hurry to go there after this flood here.

Hey, down in SW Wa you might find Sam and I there!

Actually, might even find Charlie and I there....

I used to go to Oscar's Lounge quite a bit (in my younger days)--but even still go to the Cascade every once in a while...usually good bands there on the weeekends, if you enjoy blues music...

Yep. I was there a few weeks ago.

You a pool shark?

On another note, we're gonna be moving this whole outfit on June 7th and 8th, finally got the dates.

Could be, but I sure don't go to the Pla-Mor looking for modelmakers. :-)

Usually, I just go to the CBA meetings in Portland, free admission and reasonably priced drinks.

First wednesday each month...maybe should do it then sometime :

Not really, but have a fairly nice table here in the basement, Delta 88 with the coinbox jimmied...

Anyone's welcome to drop by if they find themselves in the area

Curious, a leased facility or is it company owned ??? --FWIW Ive got a regular customer thats fairly near there, he's in the Eastridge business park...NE end of the airfield...

Dissapointed in that few signs of fresh vomit were apparent when I last visited the place.

I think the atmosphere's going to hell as the price of homes in the area goes up. I wonder how much longer it will be a roadhouse, as opposed to just another sports bar?

Depends upon one's own definition of "hell"...

Fairly short time after the demolition crews finish up, I'd suspect....

Quite noticable is the recent level of real estate development very nearby....and being's as I kinda doubt the place is very profitable as a 'business'....( more likely it's currently a tax dodge for a stubborn cuss of an owner thats just waiting to finally cash in).

Personally, I'd probly consider torching it (insurance proceeds) prior to final disposal of the land...

Ummm...parboiled pirahana--yum yum !!!

We purchased the old Nautilus building on 136th ave just south of 18th street, about 2 or 3 miles SE of where we are now, after they moved to their new parade of nations monstrousity at or near the Hewlett Packard North campus. So it is company owned, and though it is much bigger than we currently need, it was apparently cheaper than building something new, which was the plan. Your customer in Eastridge doesn't happen to make pipe organ and midi equipment, do they? I know somebody there also.

Just southwest of the Evergreen High School then it would appear.

Nope, a different company--he's doing programmable motion control products...

Yep. Nice that my house is close to being directly in the middle of our current location and the other one, so my less than 2 mile commute will only change direction, not length.

Hmm, interesting.
