Read the news story on this- the roof just hit the edge of the truck roof, driver and passenger got out unscathed.
It was a bank drive-thru that he was not attempting to go under, he was trying to go around and clipped the edge.

I would say that the driver and all passengers in the truck are now 6 feet under, truck appears to get crushed flat. Good lawsuit for the heirs.
