Had a retention know come a bit loose and when the machine tried to change tools, ripped the toolfingers on the tool changer off. They are injection molded plastic. Called the parts people at DMG[new system, better service] and got pricing, less than 7 bucks a piece. When was the last time you got anything for a cnc machine for 7 bucks? 50 dollar min order, so I bought several and one of the metal pieces that keys to the toolholder. I assume that being plactic, they are considered a wear item, if you are running the machine 3 shifts.
