Hi all,

We have one union make cnchorizontal milling machine fitted with heidenhain TNC430. now the machine shows emergency stop alarm. We have checked all the emergency ckt and everything is ok.there are some safety relays in the emergency circuit .We have bypassed this also. if we bypass all these relays alarm disappears but the drives are not getting enabled. Any body have idea about this? Please help

Seems fairly obvious it's broken and that you lack the technical resources / expertise to repair yourself--suggest call around find someone local that knows what they are doing......pay him to come fix it....

let me guess...your wicked fat, live in a mobile home and havn't worked since you got laid off as a janitor?

That's how you post dumbass.

For future reference, not everyone is as clueless as you, let someone with some experience reply to these people, and you go sit in the corner with your skilless dunce cap on and keep your hole closed.

From the crap you posted here, you don`t seem to have much of a clue about fault finding either. An oscilloscope to trace an e-stop fault? You`ve been reading too many comics.

Obviously you haven't the foggiest notion about using a scope.

From my experince with these machines and heidenhain controls,,, there is a small fuse inside the controller for the estop curcuit. This fuse could be blown thus not allowing the control to start properly. If when you start the machine up it says " external dc voltage missing" on the operator screen, then it is 99% chance that this fuse is blown.

I hope this is helpful and not to late
