Until you have downloaded the offline version to the simulator, the two will always be different - so there's no problem.

Thanks for answering my question. After all I was not so clear about my problem. The conflict appears much earlier before the step 7 program was made. As far as I know (I am a beginner) the normal way of working with the simulator goes like this: I make a new project. Then I assemble the hardware configuration of the PLC in the SIMATIC Manager. After that I download the configuration to the simulator. I think normally the simulator accepts this configuration but here it goes wrong. The strange thing is, I installed this simulator on another computer and there it works.
