5 to 15 Years Experience in following AREAS Testing, test system design, building, procurement, and commissioning, follow-up support and customer service. Tough troubleshooting problems & Controls - Instrumentation UPGRADES. PLC, PC and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data acquisition) systems. TESTING: Motors, Gearmotors, PCB's, Electrical-Mechanical Parts, Aerospace (NASA TEST Facilities) and Automated Test Equipment. MOTORS & Gearmotors: Subfractional - 5,000 HP, AC / DC / ECM NO-Load, Loaded, dynamometer, Life, Lab, Production, ORT, Parts (Armature, Stator, Rotor, Mag...), HI-POT, Surge. PCB's: Design Prototype and TEST Testers from low cost bench setups through multi-million dollar. PLC's: GE Fanuc, AB-Rockwell, Modicon, TI and Omron. SCADA - HMI - MMI: CIMplicity and TRACKER / RCO's Automatic Test Equipment: Meters, Scopes, Dynamometers, Noise & Vibration, HP-IB. Conveyor and production Equipment Controls and Instrumentation, both new designs and upgrades. Hazardous Location controls and instrumentation. Project Management and costing. Product engineering and support. SPC, TQM, DFMEA and MFMEA - PFMEA Use AutoCad, MS Office Pro, CIMplicity, VB and many other software packages.
