To reverse direction of the motor, bend all the tabs back with pliers and remove the front and back of the motor. Take the armature out, reverse it and stick it back into the stator. Replace the front and back and bend the tabs to secure. Bend and reverse the motor mounts. They are not welded. The motor will now turn in the opposite direction. Don't forget to connect the starting capacitor. Secure the wires so they don't contact the blower fan.
