I didn't see any online manual.Anyone know how such a device can control, say existing porch lights, with no wiring involved?
Now wiring required. How do these things work

Easy. You have to have the appropriate receiver which is wired to the lights. The wireless bit is just between this unit and the receiver.

I think this is a battery operated transmitter, making this end also wireless. this allows mounting on a fence without digging up the yard etc. you can wire the receiver into the porch light switch and control the light manually or via the motion control.

That controls 300w. There is also a screw in lamp adapter/controller
