My 2000 Lexus ES300 passenger side door lock cylinder was vandalized. Where's a good wreck yard in the SF Bay Area to buy a door lock cylinder for this model car? Any recommendations on good locksmiths who does this type of work would be greatly appreciated.

There are several issues here. First price how much a new cylinder is from the dealer. Next thing to do is to price the cylinder from the wrecking yard.
The advantage to the new one is that it has zero miles on it, and the used one is a crap shoot.
You also need to factor in to the equation how much your time is worth to find a used one and if you have to pull it out yourself. Sometimes if the wrecking yard has a good complete door they don't want to tear it down and make it less saleable for the price they get for a used lock cylinder.
You might also check with locksmiths in your area that work on these locks. (Not all do.) They might have the stuff to fix up the lock you have.
What city are you in?
