Is this a burglar alarm or a PROM programmer? You don't give enough info, so start your bidding at $1
Whatever somebody will pay, which if your ebay add doesn't include a lot better info than your post won't be much.
LOL Risky on items that aren't in high mainstream demand. You may sell it for $1.
