I'm in NY. We covered this in the locksmith course I took, and I've used it quite extensively in the years since then.

However, I'm not equipped to teach a class.

There really isn't that much to it. I'm an ALOA Cert. Instructor and I don't think I could fill more than an hour or so (if that) with info on the subject.
