Field Stretched Nanotube Battery

Nanotube springs have the same energy density as fossil fuel. What work is being done on attaching plates onto the tubes mounted on a
structure for a capacitor or battery? What would be the problems, i.e., voltages too high for a compact system, the thing would explode, etc.

If this is too dangerous for a battery it might make a good high energy explosive.

So, Bret, keep your outlandish ideas coming. Sooner or later you will ignite an idea in some professional's mind and s/he will turn a big buck based on your brain fart. You will get jack-shit of course. I have told to patent your ideas.... but you would NOT wanna listen. With that you will not even become a footnote.
Pity. Keep'em coming though, without regret, Bret. Thanks for the laughs... ahahahha... ahahahanson
