I have a simple process for dramatically reducing moisture for devices which otherwise would use an ultra high vacuum process over an extended period of time to obtain very low < 60 ppm within 24 hours.
Design of UHV systems and micro contamination control are within my scope of experience. Companies many times underestimate the negative contribution of microcontaminants relative to product lifetime and performance.
