? It sounds like a stange question to me. Conrete is a mixture, and there is a vast amount of mixes used. Not all sidewalk mixes are the same neither are the structural concrete mixtures. I don't think moistere content will be the main reason for use of a specificmix (water / cement ratio might be). What is the background of your question?
