FEA project

I am looking for FEA project for my FEA course. The project got to be a structure problem. I plan to use Comsol and I really wanted to do MEMS or medical device related project. Can anybody out there suggest something. I really want ed to do a meaning project or a real world problem. Thanks.

Hey Nemo, Why don't you determine what factor of safety is needed when designing a wing structure for the next generation space shuttle.
