I am not mechanical engineer, so my question may be silly to you. I doesn't know the power curves of diesel motors, and I would like to join it to a syncronous alternator in order to generate electrical power. But if the specs of the motor say, for example 90 kW, is it posible to push the motor beyond those specs and make it deliver 95 kw?

It may be possible to get the additional 5 kw out of your diesel, provided you provide (1) additional blower pressure, and most importantly (2) additional cooling. You will certainly generate extra heat when you run over rated power, and the extra heat load will require that the heat exchangers be sized for this extra load - this is critical. If you don't get the heat out, you will destroy the engine. You would be well advised to check with the engine manufacturer before doing this to get their OK.
