Name of an object

I am seeking the name of an object I have seen in newspapers elsewhere, I just can't find it. It was a cylinder with end(s) shaped so that it will assume a vertical position and always return to the vertical position if displaced. I do not need a detailed description, just the name of this object, so I can look up the details on the internet for myself. Jozef Jarosciak

A "Weeble" is egg-shaped and has the same characteristics (i.e., does not fall down).
