I have used ABAQUS for more than one year. The following questions can not be resolved even by the staffs of ABAQUS Software.
I have built two 2D models. The first one is used to simulate steel solidification, and its result,i.e. temperature field,is then tranfered to the second model, which is used to simulate rolling process of steel. In the second model constrain of *equation is used. The analysis of the second model completed successfully without warning or error,but the results were wrong. After analysis the temperature field was not the same as that of the first model any more and changed a lot.
If steel in the second model has a single temperature, then there is also no problem.
I hope someone could tell me reason. Thanks in advance!
