Warning - CK Engineering

I just wanted to warn people who might do business with CK Engineering of Ballwin, MO (owner - Harold McCormick).

Over a year ago, I did some consulting for CK Engineering. At the time, they indicated they were happy with my work and wanted to increase the amount of work I did for them. After a year and many promises, they have still not made any payments on their invoice. I have reason to belive I may not be the only person they stiffed. Think twice about doing business wit tem.

If you have a written contract with the organization and if you are a professional engineer, the state generally has an enforcement statute. It is this way in California. Otherwise use the small claims court system.

Google: "workman's lien"

You can shut their place down until you receive fair payment.
