Some diagrams are available.
For 0.8% carbon steel there is a TTT diagram at

For tool steel CCT diagrams and some TTT diagrams go to the Boehler Uddeholm web site

and look up .pdf data sheets for A2, Hotvar, Vanadis 4, Vanadis 6 etc.
It is possible to estimate or calculate these via IGOR. See
