Well, you always needed an excuse to dig out that basement entry and put in a proper set of steel Storm Doors with a ladder, and a 2-ton hoist beam with a trolley and chain-fall...

Just out of curiosity, why are you shocked? Is this Beloit Wisconsin? When I was growing up in Rockford Illinois, it appeared that Beloit and South Beloit has quite a bit of machining and machine tool work going on.
