Heat it up ( not over 300 degrees) and a good wedge of the right size will get that thing loose. Use an old slow cooker pot to heat up some oil and immerse it in it.

By the way those crock pots are cheap and they make a real good bearing heater for putting on bearings. They are cheap too, under 15 bucks a couple years ago.. maybe less at the flea market. Commercial bearing heaters are way more expensive and don't work any better. Just put something on the bottom so the bearing does not rest on it and get too much heat in one place. Check it with a deep frying thermometer.
