Git a hitachi vr-16 hammer drill, but the sds chuck appears to be worn out. I have never used the sds system but the sds bit wobbles around. I would like to replace this part, are there any good sources for parts?
Have you tried lubricating the inside of the chuck? It may be dry with stone dust contamination.
All SDS bits wobble. Some more than others. Its the nature of the beast.
As long as they dont fall out..Id leave it be.
