The two horns are not going to be identical. Whichever horn opens its contacts first will interrupt the current through both. The second horn, being only partially through its cycle, will fall back faster, so the first horn will control the frequency. Depending on how closely they are matched, you might get pulsations of sound, or just a weak buzz from one of the horns.
