i don knw if this is the right place to post this but i need help repairing my crosman bbgun. It is a pump rifle and the pump is no longer working. when i pump it once it keeps the pressure but when i pull the lever to pump it again the pressure just come out. can anyone help? any suggestions appreciated thanks.

Might just need some gun oil on the leather washer.
If old it gets dry and lets air get by. Don't use to much. Just a drop...

Sounds like a check valve problem. When you pump once, the pump plunger seems to be keeping the pressure by preventing the air from the reservoir to leak out. But when you try to move the lever again to pump more air, the previous air stored into the reservoir just leaks out again because the pump plunger is not there anymore to block it. The charging check valve in the reservoir is supposed to allow the air to get in during pumping but not allow it to leak out when the pump is retracted for another stroke.
Probably just a seal or valve. Ask these guys:
