That is probably true. It is very likely where I will eventually find it...
I found and used a large counter sink when I made the clamp blocks using the edge clamps not that long ago. I looked all over to find one big enough for the job. I recall carefully placing it somewhere that would be easy to find next time, and I have no idea where that is.
I found it. In the drawer I thought I put it in. That I had already looked in twice. In a container with the specs written on it with a paint marker. In the very front of the drawer.
A bunch of 5/8 holes are now lightly deburred and chamfered, and on to the next step. Making and attaching the cross piece.
