i have a diesal forklift with what looks like a 384 engine, my problem is that the fuel pump develops too much internal pressure, as if the return was plug. if i loosen the plug on the pump an allow it to bleed some pressure it runs good. if i close it it starts to run ruff and dies. is there a tractor or forklift new group
