new toolbox

Finally got my new toolbox at work, a Knaack model 91 storagemaster from Toolfetch on the web. It was expensive, but worth the piece of mind after having been ripped off. It easily fits both metalworking and woodworking tools and locks quite securely. It's almost the size of a small room and with the ramp down I guess you could serve a meal for two inside... I've yet to build a set of shelves and drawers for it. Have been off the internet for a while because the new imac disk drive crashed, requiring a complete replacement and loss of many programs, pictures, folders, life, etc. We had backed up family photos last October but lost much from this spring. Please feel free to comment on my stupidity. My father, who wrote some cool CAD CAM stuff in 1961 had this to say: "I'm not going to say anything. I'm trying not to say anything. It's hard not to say anything..." What the heck. Have got a new newsreader called "MT-Newswatcher" which seems to work pretty well in OSX. The previous reader titled "Thoth" had some wierdnesses about it that I never could figure out. Spent a week in Maine last month and visited a place that all of you might like called "The Tool Barn" in Hull's Cove on Mount Desert Island. They had about two-thirds woodworking stuff, and about on-third metalworking. Same outfit also has another location much the same. Here's a URL:

Sorry, haven't yet figured out how to turn on html with the new reader. Have to go. It's thundering here in Virginia and I'm just a little gun shy.
