OT: Need newsreader suggestion for non computer expert

I just got a new computer and Windows 7 which I hate. The Microsoft office suite is Office 2007 and it comes with Outlook 2007. I think that email program will work well enough for me.But, As far as I can tell, there is no newsreader in it. I have Googled around a lot and can see that there are several extra cost newsreader programs out there. But when I read about them, I don't even understand most of the terms the reviewers and others use to talk about them. I don't need or want a lot of bells and whistles. My main concern about just choosing one and "going for it" is that it might screw something else up in my new installation.I have already had dozens of issues just getting software from the old computer to work on the new one. I really liked XP.Any thoughts?Pete Stanaitis
