So, I came across a BurrQuik at the used tool store yesterday. I touched up the edge as it stands and gave it a try in one of the plates.
Uh uh. A couple turns does next to nothing. Many turns with enough force to do something _does_ give some radius to the edge of the hole, but it lays a sharp burr out at the edge of the hole.
