80% forgings are still available, the ATF just changed what machining operations could be completed on them a bit. The 30% forgings don't have any actual ATF definition, they are just have less than the maximum operations completed on them, in this case it's the magwell broaching and the couple steps that precede it necessary for it to be broached.
