The USA will always have shovel-ready jobs, complete with shovels, due to the massive amount of s*it these too-well-funded kooks come up with every year.
It doesn't take a genius to see how easily even a slight -breeze- would topple that particular wall configuration. Quick, someone please take his teaching credentials away from him!
