That is impressive, I think that has to rival the Rolls Royce Eagle H 24 sleeve valve model by Barrington Hare some pics at the bottom of the page here

Not the best but couldn't find the better more detailed pics on the web anymore. He even has a working Coffman starter using a .22 blank shell but due to scale tooth loadings being too high its not used to start the engine.

That Weber engine has been around for at least 20 years. Pretty amazing detail. Modeler do come up with some incredible idea. Theres a Hungarian guy who builds engines so small a dime will easily cover them. He has about 4 designs and I believe even opposed twins and 3 cyl radials.
