Bought a £9 Aldi angle grinder today. Sounded like a bag of spanners. Slipped off the 4 screws holding the gearbox cover and found the grease all round the housing but none on the gear teeth. Splodged in some additional HP grease on the gear teeth. Now sound like a quieter bag of spanners. You gets what you pay for. Bill H Derby
